Boston, Massachusetts, United States – October 2024 – Jen Miller has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Management Solutions. In this role, she will lead the HR function, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development to enhance the firm’s strategic growth and innovation.
Prior to joining Management Solutions, Jen was the Head of People at Scality for nearly three years. There, she played a pivotal role in developing HR frameworks, performance management programs, and talent integration during mergers and acquisitions, contributing to the company’s growth and cultural alignment.
Before Scality, Jen served as the Chief People Officer at NTT DATA, Inc. for eight years, leading HR strategy, talent acquisition, and diversity initiatives. She also managed HR operations during the rapid expansion of Acorio, a ServiceNow consultancy acquired by NTT DATA.
Earlier in her career, Jen held the role of Head of Human Resources at Kilda Group, where she built HR strategies, launched performance management systems, and led talent acquisition programs.
