Portland, Oregon, United States, January 2026 — ServiceNow has appointed Jenn McColly as Vice President, Human Resources – Global Finance & Strategy, marking a significant leadership addition to its global people function. In this role, Jenn will partner closely with senior leaders across finance and corporate strategy, supporting organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and talent strategies aligned with ServiceNow’s continued global scale and transformation.
Jenn brings extensive experience in building high-performing cultures, strengthening employee experience, and leading enterprise HR strategy in fast-moving technology environments. Her appointment comes at a time when ServiceNow continues to accelerate growth through innovation, platform expansion, and operational excellence, requiring strong people leadership to enable business impact.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Jenn McColly served as Vice President, Human Resources at Highspot for nearly three years, where she led global HR business partnering and organizational development. In this role, she advised executive leaders and managers, launched talent initiatives aligned with business priorities, supported organization-wide transformations, and acted as a key stakeholder across HR COEs while operating as the “#2” to the Chief People Officer.
Before Highspot, Jenn was the Chief People Officer at iSpot.tv, where she led the full people function including total rewards, people operations, recruiting, DEIB, HRBP, and facilities. As the organization’s first CPO, she built a strategic HRBP model and implemented scalable talent practices, while improving hiring effectiveness by bringing recruiting in-house and strengthening the people operating model.

In that capacity, she established the employee experience function, driving programs across engagement, recognition, internal communications, DEIB, wellbeing, and social impact initiatives. Her broader career at Concur also included senior global HR leadership roles, supporting executive leadership, leading HRBP strategy, driving talent management programs, and playing a key role during post-acquisition integration following SAP’s acquisition of Concur.
Jenn also briefly served as Chief People Officer at Bridge Partners Consulting, where she set the firm’s first people strategy focused on talent development, engagement, and talent maximization.
