Downers Grove, Illinois, United States, March 2025 – Jenna Larson has taken on the new role of Vice President, Organizational & Talent Development at PLZ Corp, marking a significant elevation in her leadership journey within the company. In her new capacity, Jenna will lead organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, leadership development, and talent strategy initiatives to drive employee engagement and long-term growth.
Jenna has been with PLZ Corp for nearly three years, most recently serving as Senior Human Resource Director, where she played a key role in executing strategic HR priorities across operations and corporate functions. She led initiatives in culture and engagement, talent pipeline development, compensation, training, and compliance, while fostering a value-driven workplace environment.

Before joining PLZ Corp, Jenna held progressive leadership roles at Aludyne, where she served as Senior Human Resource Manager & Belonging, managing HR strategies across 12 U.S. locations. Her earlier roles included Human Resource Manager at Kem Krest, HR Specialist at Emerson, and HR Coordinator at Allied Plastics, where she developed a strong foundation in HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and talent development.
Jenna holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Capella University, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning in the HR domain.
