Oklahoma City, OK, United States, December 2025 — Jennifer Brasher has been appointed Director of Human Capital Strategy & Design at INTEGRIS Health — bringing more than 25 years of experience in human resources, talent development, and organizational strategy to the role. Brasher will lead strategic workforce initiatives that support INTEGRIS Health’s mission of partnering with people to live healthier lives across Oklahoma.
Before joining INTEGRIS Health in December 2025, Brasher spent over nine years at Baylor Scott & White Health, where she held progressive leadership roles including Senior Project Manager for Talent Management & Development, Learning Experience Designer, and Learning Consultant. In these positions, she guided executive development, succession planning, performance management, and organization-wide leadership initiatives—working at the intersection of strategy and culture.
Earlier in her career, Brasher led HR functions at ICI Paints, served as a Learning and Development Manager, and held roles in compensation and benefits at both Wilsonart and Baylor Scott & White Health. She has also taught in the education sector and developed a deep expertise in communication, executive coaching, and business process improvement. Her HR philosophy emphasizes adaptability, collaboration, and sustainable change—hallmarks of her long-term success in healthcare and corporate environments.
With a track record of cross-functional leadership and strategic thinking, Brasher’s new role at INTEGRIS Health will be pivotal in shaping forward-thinking human capital strategies that enhance workforce engagement, operational excellence, and long-term organizational resilience.
