Omaha, Nebraska, United States, December 2024 – Jennifer C. has taken on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Spreetail, where she will oversee the company’s HR strategies, including talent management, organizational development, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Spreetail’s mission to propel brands and enhance their e-commerce presence globally.
Jennifer joined Spreetail in June 2024 as Senior Director, HR Business Partners, where she led HR initiatives tailored to support organizational growth and employee engagement. Prior to Spreetail, she spent over five years at Amazon, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Principal HR Business Partner for Project Kuiper, Amazon’s satellite internet initiative. In this capacity, Jennifer was instrumental in driving global HR strategies, talent management, and organizational design for rapidly growing teams across various business functions.
Earlier, Jennifer served as Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Archdiocese of Seattle, providing strategic HR support to a workforce of over 5,000 employees. Her expertise in organizational development and employee relations significantly contributed to the Archdiocese’s mission.
Jennifer’s HR career began at ExxonMobil, where she held multiple roles over six years, including Senior HR Business Partner. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in change management initiatives following Exxon’s acquisition of Mobil, contributing to workforce integration, organizational design, and succession planning.
