Jennifer has been with Goodwill Central Texas for over seven years, demonstrating exceptional leadership in various capacities. As Chief Mission Officer, she spearheaded innovative programs to meet organizational goals, such as expanding the Goodwill Career and Technical Academy and launching initiatives to improve employee retention and engagement. Jennifer’s leadership was instrumental in securing millions in funding to support workforce development efforts across Texas.
Before joining Goodwill Central Texas, Jennifer held leadership roles in other Goodwill organizations, including Senior Director of Workforce Development at Goodwill Southeast Georgia and Mission Services Director at Goodwill Industries of West Michigan, Inc. She led transformative projects, from building workforce development programs to securing strategic partnerships and grants to enhance service delivery.
Jennifer’s career also includes significant contributions as Director of Human Services Projects and Grants at Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Michigan, where she developed long-term programs to combat generational poverty and increased the human services budget by 50%.
