Denver, Colorado, United States, January 2025 – Jennifer Kellond has been promoted to Vice President, People & Culture at EVP Eyecare. With over four years at the company, she has played a pivotal role in organizational development, talent strategy, and employee engagement. In her new position, she will continue to drive culture transformation, leadership development, and HR strategy across EVP Eyecare’s growing operations.
Jennifer Kellond has been with EVP Eyecare for over four years, holding progressive leadership roles, including Senior Director, People & Culture and Director of People & Culture. In these roles, she led executive leadership coaching, compensation management, and talent development, driving a people-centric approach within the organization.

Prior to EVP Eyecare, she spent over seven years at Vail Resorts, where she served as Employee Relations Consultant, Senior Human Resources Manager – Retail, HR Generalist, and Recruiting Team Lead. She specialized in HR operations, performance management, and recruitment, supporting a large multi-location workforce across the company’s retail operations.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Gap Inc. for over 19 years, where she served as General Manager at Flatiron Crossing. She led recruitment, leadership development, and compliance initiatives while managing teams of up to 75 employees and overseeing an annual sales volume of $7 million. She also gained experience in sales, marketing, and event planning at Athleta.
