Miramar, Florida, United States, November 2025 — Jennifer Mohammed has started a new position as Director, Talent at VSE Aviation, where she will lead end-to-end talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development, and full-cycle recruitment. In this role, she is responsible for building a strong organizational talent pipeline, enhancing workforce capability using data-driven insights, and driving enterprise-wide talent initiatives that strengthen performance, inclusion, and scalability.
Over the past more than one year, Jennifer Mohammed served as Senior Director, Talent at Brightline Trains, where she developed and executed talent management strategies across recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, and engagement. She also led major diversity and inclusion initiatives and built comprehensive talent frameworks that strengthened organizational capability and culture.
Before that, she spent over one year at Lennar as Director, Talent Management, leading enterprise-wide talent strategy and building programs across succession planning, early career development, leadership pathways, and engagement. Her work with key business stakeholders supported high learning adoption and strengthened the company’s performance-driven culture.
Earlier, Jennifer contributed nearly two years to Help at Home, first as Director, Talent, driving an integrated talent strategy covering talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, L&D, and succession planning. She also led the HR M&A and Change Management function, developing HR playbooks, due-diligence frameworks, integration methodologies, and change management capabilities for multiple large and complex acquisitions.
In her six-year tenure with Mastercard, she held multiple leadership positions, including Director, M&A Culture & Change Management, Manager, Business Integration HR M&A, and Manager, Talent Management (Latin America). Across these roles, she built global change-management frameworks, supported major M&A integration projects, developed leadership and culture assessment tools, oversaw succession planning for the LATAM region, and delivered strategic learning and development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she accumulated more than 10 years of diverse experience across NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, Citi, and Burger King Corporation, where she contributed to organizational development, learning strategy, employee engagement, performance management, analytics, HR generalist responsibilities, and global talent development programs. She also gained additional early experience at Florida International University, State of Florida, and the Alachua County Crisis Center, strengthening her foundation in data analysis, L&D, talent processes, and behavioral insights.
