Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States, June 2024 – Quaker Houghton is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Murray as the new Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Jennifer brings extensive experience in talent acquisition and will lead the function to support the company’s strategic growth.
Jennifer Murray joins Quaker Houghton with a wealth of experience in talent acquisition. Most recently, she served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Airgas for 2 years and 5 months. In this role, she led the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, managing and optimizing the talent acquisition function across the company. Jennifer developed and implemented strategies to streamline the recruitment process, created a new Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition, and managed the implementation of the Workday Talent Acquisition module.
Prior to Airgas, Jennifer was the Director, Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Corporate Functions at Takeda for nearly 10 years. She was responsible for the strategy and delivery of talent acquisition for Takeda’s Global Corporate Functions. Jennifer managed the TA team and external RPO partners globally, mentored and coached the TA team, and consulted on and approved all offer proposals.
Jennifer also served as a Manager, Recruitment Partner at Endo Pharmaceuticals for 1 year and 2 months, where she led the full lifecycle recruiting for Endo’s Commercial business and HealthTronics, Inc. She was responsible for all phases of the recruiting process, including talent sourcing, interviews, candidate assessment, offer recommendations, and onboarding.
In her earlier career, Jennifer held roles such as Recruitment Consultant at Shire Pharmaceuticals, Senior Recruiter at LiquidHub, Recruiting Manager at Johnson & Johnson, Recruiter at Siemens Medical Solutions, Recruiter at e-Duction, Inc., and Recruiter at Aston Brooke Corporation. These roles helped her build a strong foundation in talent acquisition and recruitment management.
