Austin, Texas, United States, July 2025 – Jenny Loehr has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at THERAPY 2000, a leading pediatric home health agency serving children and families across Texas. In this newly assumed role, Jenny will oversee all aspects of human resources strategy, talent management, organizational culture, and employee development for the organization’s diverse and dispersed clinical workforce.
Jenny brings to the role a remarkable career that spans over three decades in healthcare, rehabilitation, and human capital leadership. Most recently, she served as Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Specialist at Hanger, Inc., where she led enterprise-wide integration of acquired entities, managing diligence, budget planning, and alignment of people strategy during transitions.
Before that, she spent nearly five years at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, serving as Executive Director. Her work included overseeing integrations of newly acquired home health and hospice businesses, building strategic growth plans, driving staff retention and development, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and leading clinical and non-clinical training initiatives across the enterprise.
Earlier, she had a long and impactful tenure with Encompass Home Health & Hospice, where she held multiple roles including Field Integration Lead, Clinical Integration Specialist, and Certified OASIS Specialist–Clinical over nearly nine years. Her focus areas included leadership development, education strategy, and large-scale organizational integration during a period of rapid growth.
In her earlier career, Jenny worked in various leadership and clinical roles at organizations including HCR ManorCare, Kindred at Home, Brackenridge Hospital, Capitol City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and HealthSouth, building deep expertise in speech-language pathology, rehabilitation services, and operational excellence. Her career reflects a strong blend of strategic communications, clinical integration, and people-first leadership.
