With over 15 years of leadership experience spanning market access, channel optimization, and operations strategy, Jeremy brings a strong background in advancing healthcare delivery systems and commercial excellence within the medtech and life sciences sectors.
In his new role, Jeremy Ng will lead strategic trade and channel operations initiatives, focusing on enhancing supply chain efficiency, strengthening partner relationships, and optimizing go-to-market execution for Tandem’s growing product portfolio. His appointment reinforces Tandem’s mission to deliver innovative insulin delivery technologies that improve the lives of people living with diabetes.
Jeremy transitions into this role after serving as Senior Director, Pharmacy Operations & Excellence at Tandem Diabetes Care, where he led enterprise-wide initiatives to improve operational performance, expand distribution capabilities, and elevate service excellence across pharmacy and trade networks.
Prior to joining Tandem, he served as Executive Director, Market Access at Vericel Corporation, where he played a pivotal role in building reimbursement strategies and channel access for advanced biotherapeutic products. Earlier, during a seven-year tenure with Insulet Corporation, Jeremy held multiple leadership roles including Head of Trade, Director of Pharmacy Operations and Solutions, and Senior Manager, Upstream Market Access Strategy, where he led initiatives to optimize distribution frameworks, develop payer strategies, and drive omnichannel engagement.
Jeremy began his career with Medtronic, serving in operations and quality leadership roles, and has also contributed to Accenture as a management consultant, bringing deep cross-functional expertise across technology-driven healthcare solutions. His early leadership experience as an officer in the U.S. Army instilled a foundation of discipline, teamwork, and operational excellence that continues to shape his professional journey.
