San Juan, Puerto Rico, August 2025 – Jessica M. has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Paradise Media, where she will lead HR strategy, people development, and organizational initiatives across the company. In her new role, Jessica will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, while strengthening Paradise Media’s commitment to fostering a dynamic and supportive workplace culture.
Jessica has been with Paradise Media since August 2023, serving as Human Resources Manager. In this role, she guided the leadership team in creating development opportunities, enhanced cross-departmental collaboration, built effective recruitment strategies, and advanced policies for compliance and employee well-being. Her leadership was instrumental in shaping a positive and engaging work environment.
Before joining Paradise Media, Jessica worked at Humana as Account Manager and HR Advisor, where she collaborated with leaders on staffing strategies, hiring processes, and compensation planning. She also trained new employees and advised leadership on strategic workforce needs within the healthcare sector.
Earlier, Jessica served as Human Resources Director at Dakoda Health, managing policy development, employee relations, and labor law compliance. Her career also includes experience as HR Coordinator at Sircle Health, where she played a key role in recruitment, payroll, and compensation program design. Collectively, these roles have equipped her with strong expertise in HR operations, people development, employee relations, and performance management.
