Previous Experience: Before joining Interstate-McBee, Krosky enhanced his expertise at Brockman, Coats, Gedelian & Co., where he managed the HR Consulting Practice for over three years. His career also includes significant roles at American Group and Independence Excavating, Inc., where he established himself as a proficient HR manager. Krosky’s extensive experience, which spans nearly three decades starting at Wire Products Company in 1989, is marked by his adeptness at navigating complex HR landscapes and driving meaningful change.
