Austin, Texas, United States, September 2025 – Jimmy Gulick has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer at Loxo, a global leader in recruiting software and the #1 Talent Intelligence Platform. In his new role, Gulick will oversee the company’s financial strategy, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives as Loxo continues to expand its impact across executive search, RPO, professional recruitment, and staffing markets worldwide.
Most recently, Gulick served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer at RippleWorx, where he played a key role in strengthening corporate finance and operational processes for the SaaS-based organization. His leadership focused on financial strategy and scalability in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer at AbsenceSoft, a SaaS provider, where he managed corporate finance, strategic planning, and scaling of the company’s financial operations over nearly four years.
Earlier in his career, Gulick held leadership roles in accounting and advisory services, including serving as Shareholder/Director at CBIZ & Mayer Hoffman McCann PC and more than 13 years as Director at BKD, LLP. Across these roles, he gained extensive expertise in corporate finance, SaaS, and advisory services, building a strong foundation for his executive leadership journey.
