Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2024 – Jisla Xavier has been appointed as the new Director of Human Resources at Andor Tech, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy and drive initiatives to support employee growth and organizational development. In this role, Jisla will focus on aligning HR operations with business goals, while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within Andor Tech.
Jisla has been with Andor Tech for over 10 years. Prior to this new role, she served as the Senior Human Resources Manager for the company, where she successfully managed HR operations and led various employee engagement and talent management initiatives. Her decade-long experience in this position was instrumental in shaping HR strategies that supported Andor Tech’s business growth and operational efficiency.
Before her tenure at Andor Tech, Jisla took on a leadership role at Andor Labs as a Product Manager for three years. During this time, she was responsible for product development and strategic planning, contributing significantly to the organization’s product management functions and bringing innovative solutions to the market.
Earlier in her career, Jisla held the position of Manager at PartyOne.in, where she managed various aspects of the business and supported operational improvements. She also worked at Planman HR Pvt Ltd, where she held multiple roles, including Account Manager/Branch Manager and Senior Manager. Her experience in recruitment, HR management, and account handling provided her with a strong foundation in business operations and people management.
