London, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Jo Bishenden has been promoted to Chief Learning Officer at QA Ltd, where she will oversee the company’s learning strategy, product development, platform innovations, marketing, and training operations. She will continue managing the apprenticeship division while leading AI-driven and digital workforce learning solutions to help businesses stay competitive.
Jo has been with QA Ltd for nearly four years, holding several leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Managing Director of QA Apprenticeships, where she played a crucial role in expanding workforce development programs and enhancing digital transformation initiatives. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Education for Workforce Learning, responsible for blended learning, digital strategy, and leadership development initiatives.
Before joining QA, Jo was a Director at Capgemini Invent, where she focused on workforce planning, coaching, and digital transformation strategies for enterprise clients. Earlier, she worked at PA Consulting for seven years as a Principal Consultant, leading complex education and public sector change projects across various markets.
She also spent two years as an Education Specialist at UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), where she worked closely with international education ministries to develop curriculum strategies in TVET, ESL, SEND, and teacher training. Earlier in her career, she was Head of School at Stanley Park High, overseeing curriculum innovation, leadership development, and student success programs.
Jo began her career as a Value for Money Consultant at PwC, specializing in NHS and local government advisory projects. She later transitioned into education-focused leadership roles, bringing a strong foundation in strategy, operations, and workforce learning solutions.
