With a distinguished career spanning over 15 years in HR technology, transformation, and consulting, Jo brings deep expertise in leveraging digital innovation to enhance workforce experience and operational excellence.
In her new role, Jo will lead Deliveroo’s People Technology strategy, driving integration, optimization, and analytics to enable a seamless and data-driven employee experience. Her leadership is expected to accelerate Deliveroo’s digital transformation journey, ensuring that its HR systems empower both its global workforce and business growth ambitions.
Before joining Deliveroo, Jo O’Mahony spent over eight years at Fidelity International, where she held several key leadership roles including Associate Director and Senior Project Manager. At Fidelity, she played a pivotal role in designing and implementing large-scale HR technology transformations and business process improvements across multiple geographies, aligning digital systems with strategic workforce needs.
Prior to Fidelity, Jo served as Senior Manager at PwC UK, where she led complex people transformation and HR system implementation projects for global clients. Her tenure at Deloitte, where she worked for nearly six years as a Manager, honed her expertise in people analytics, organizational change management, and HR technology consulting, establishing her as a trusted advisor in digital workforce enablement.
