He steps into the role with deep HR leadership experience built over two decades within the Bank of America ecosystem, including long-standing responsibilities across BA Continuum India Pvt. Ltd.
In his career journey, Nadeem Mohammed has been associated with BA Continuum India Pvt. Ltd. for over 20 years. Immediately prior to this appointment, he served as Vice President Human Resources (February 2020 to March 2026), following earlier experience in an AVP role (October 2005 to February 2020), building strong depth across HR leadership and people practices.
