Dublin, Ireland, UK – Jo Richards has been named the new Head of HR for the “Food For Now” division at Greencore, marking a significant advancement in her career as she celebrates her first anniversary with the company. This promotion reflects her substantial contributions and expertise in human resources within the food manufacturing sector.
Richards joined Greencore two years and eight months ago, initially serving as an HR Business Partner. Her role involved extensive responsibilities across the company’s operations in the United Kingdom, where she played a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with strategic business objectives.
Prior to her tenure at Greencore, Richards was a Senior People Partner at Ocado, focusing on Employee Relations for a brief period of four months after serving as an HR Business Partner there for over three years. Her career also includes significant experience at Sainsbury’s, where she spent nearly 25 years in various managerial and HR roles, enhancing her proficiency in multi-site HR management and business partnerships.
