Joe most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources at Talkiatry, a high-growth, venture-backed mental health startup. There, he championed HR strategy and workforce planning during a rapid scale-up, introduced career levels and compensation frameworks, and launched a clinical interview training program that reduced turnover by 3%.
Prior to that, he was Executive Director of Human Resources at Dotdash Meredith, where he oversaw HR operations for over 1,000 employees across Digital, Sales, and Editorial verticals.
