Miami, Florida, United States, November 2024 – Turnberry is pleased to announce the appointment of Johanna Beckmann as Vice President of Human Resources, effective November 2024. In her new role, Johanna will spearhead HR strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, foster a dynamic workplace culture, and support Turnberry’s vision of creating exceptional multi-use real estate properties.
Johanna joins Turnberry with extensive experience in HR leadership across diverse industries. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources, USA at MSC Cruises, where she led HR operations for 10 months, driving workforce engagement and aligning HR practices with business goals.
Prior to MSC Cruises, Johanna held key roles at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. for over four years, including Senior Director of Human Resources, North America, where she developed and implemented strategic HR initiatives to optimize talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development.
Her career also includes a six-year tenure at Kohler Co., where she advanced through various roles, including Senior Manager – Global HR & Social Impact, leading transformative HR initiatives and change management strategies.
Earlier in her career, Johanna demonstrated her expertise as Human Resource Manager at Coeur Inc. and Trotter Wellness, managing comprehensive HR functions and contributing to business growth.
