John brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and leadership across various industries. Prior to joining Right Restoration Partners, he served as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management at RGP, where he led global talent strategies, implemented recruitment tools, and developed high-performing teams over nearly six years.

Before RGP, John worked as a Technical Recruiter at Eliassen Group, where he specialized in IT staffing and talent solutions, contributing to the firm’s recognition as a leading organization in the industry. Earlier in his career, he held multiple leadership roles at Target, including Executive Team Leader – Operations, where he managed large teams and delivered exceptional results in sales, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
John’s diverse experience also includes roles in coaching, market research, and competitive intelligence, showcasing his ability to lead and deliver results across varied functions and industries.
