Prior to his current role, Kirchhoff served as a People Analytics and HR Technology Consultant at P3 Health Partners, where he was instrumental in refining HR strategies and implementing data-driven decision-making processes. From 2019 to 2022, Kirchhoff was the System Director of People Analytics & Employee Listening at Baylor Scott & White Health. In this role, he led a significant team responsible for all aspects of employee-related analytics. His leadership saw the introduction of sophisticated business intelligence dashboards and the successful implementation of a comprehensive employee survey program, enhancing organizational insights and employee engagement across the board.

Earlier, Kirchhoff honed his skills at Infor, where as Principal People Analytics Consultant, he oversaw major accounts and led initiatives that significantly improved HR operational efficiencies through data analytics. His tenure at Infor was marked by the development of innovative talent management solutions and a strong emphasis on enhancing the human capital management software offerings.
