Josh Bryant’s tenure at L3Harris Technologies began in September 2022 as a Principal, HR Business Partner, where he served for nearly two years before his recent promotion. In this role, Bryant was instrumental in shaping the HR strategies that align with the company’s operational goals, demonstrating a keen ability to manage and optimize human resources across the organization.
Prior to joining L3Harris, Bryant had a long-standing career at ExxonMobil, spanning over 17 years. His roles at ExxonMobil included HR and Labor Relations Manager, where he managed HR functions across multiple sites from August 2019 to September 2022. Before that, he served as the Site Human Resources Manager and Senior Regulatory & HR Policy Compliance Advisor, roles that underscored his expertise in regulatory compliance and strategic HR management.
