Hanoi, Vietnam – National Citizen Bank (NCB) has appointed Nguyen Thi Cam Nhung as the new Deputy Director of Human Resources. Nhung will bring her extensive expertise in organizational development and strategic HR management to the bank’s headquarters in Hanoi.
Prior to joining NCB, Nhung excelled as the Organizational Development Manager at MB AGEAS LIFE, where she served from 2022 until her recent appointment. Her tenure was marked by significant achievements in developing HR frameworks, enhancing performance management systems, and spearheading talent development initiatives that aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
From 2018 to 2022, Nhung was pivotal as the Talent Acquisition & Learning Development Manager at MB AGEAS LIFE, where she was instrumental in implementing key projects like the McKinsey Strategy Project and the Willis Towers Watson Competency Framework. Her leadership contributed to the company being recognized as one of the Top 100 Employers of Choice in Vietnam for three consecutive years.
