Josh joins Group 1001 after spending nearly 4 years as Director of Talent Management at FinishMaster, Inc. In this role, he was responsible for developing and executing talent strategies, including leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management. His efforts significantly contributed to the company’s growth and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to that, Josh held key positions at Simon Property Group for over 6 years, including Vice President of Talent Management. At Simon, he led initiatives in learning and development, talent acquisition, and change management to align with the company’s strategic goals. His leadership was instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and implementing systems to identify and nurture high-potential talent.
Earlier in his career, Josh worked at Ingram Micro and BrightPoint, where he held senior leadership roles in global talent management. His responsibilities spanned workforce planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development, driving the organization’s growth and operational effectiveness across multiple regions.
Josh’s professional journey began at HSBC, where he served in various roles, including Division Training Manager. His focus on training, development, and sales management set the foundation for his expertise in talent and organizational growth.
