Josh joins Group 1001 after spending nearly 4 years as Director of Talent Management at FinishMaster, Inc. Earlier in his career, Josh worked at Ingram Micro and BrightPoint, where he held senior leadership roles in global talent management. His responsibilities spanned workforce planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development, driving the organization’s growth and operational effectiveness across multiple regions.

Josh’s professional journey began at HSBC, where he served in various roles, including Division Training Manager. His focus on training, development, and sales management set the foundation for his expertise in talent and organizational growth.
