Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Joydeep R has joined Fincore Infotech Pvt Ltd as Chief Business Officer (CBO), bringing with him over 20 years of leadership experience across business strategy, financial management, operations, and enterprise growth. In this strategic role, he will work closely with Group MD & CEO, Nilesh, to accelerate Fincore’s India growth and global expansion roadmap. Recognized for his ability to scale organizations with precision and empathy, Joydeep is known for leading high-impact business transformations powered by governance excellence, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to people-centric leadership.
In his current mandate at Fincore Infotech, Joydeep will drive strategic business development, operational integration, and performance alignment across service lines, while strengthening institutional partnerships and enabling sustainable revenue growth. His leadership philosophy — “Lead with clarity, build with integrity, and grow with purpose” — mirrors Fincore’s mission of building scalable and future-ready service models for global clients.
Prior to this, Joydeep spent over eight years at Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he served as Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and earlier as General Manager. During his tenure, he led large-scale operational expansions, built high-performing teams across major metro hubs, drove data-led efficiency models, and established business frameworks that significantly improved organizational agility and profitability.
Before Altruist, Joydeep held senior operational leadership roles at Reliance Communications, where he headed multi-region contact center operations across India. He led partner management, workforce transitions, service excellence programs, and revenue uplift initiatives, playing a key role in strengthening customer experience delivery and operational governance at scale.
Earlier in his career, he contributed to service delivery and quality transformation initiatives at Reliance BPO, where he progressed through roles from CSR to Team Leader and Assistant Manager – Quality, driving customer satisfaction improvements, process standardization, and team development programs.
Throughout his journey, Joydeep has remained a strong advocate of innovation, capability-building, and performance accountability. Outside of work, he finds balance in cricket, cooking, and time spent by the sea — reflecting a lifestyle that values energy, clarity, and connection.
