Ltd. as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), where she will lead the Human Resources function, bringing a strategic focus on organizational development and culture transformation to support Sentiss’ global operations in eye care and specialty pharmaceuticals.
Joyeeta Chatterjee brings a wealth of HR leadership experience across diverse sectors. Most recently, she served as an External Advisor at Bain & Company, contributing to HR strategy, process transformation, and change management. Before Bain, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at Biocon, where she played a crucial role in driving HR initiatives and fostering a strong organizational culture.
Earlier, Joyeeta served as Chief People Officer at Future Consumer Limited, where she was instrumental in restructuring and aligning HR strategies with the business’s growth objectives. Her tenure as Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Punj Lloyd Limited further solidified her expertise in managing HR for large-scale operations across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Additionally, as the Chief of Human Resources, South Asia at OLX Group, Joyeeta focused on talent development and people practices to support OLX India’s expansion.
Her career foundation was laid at leading organizations like Sun Pharma, Jubilant Life Sciences, Nortel Networks, and Ranbaxy, where she honed her skills in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development, shaping her as a versatile HR leader capable of delivering impactful results.
