Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India – November 2024 – Satyendra Gaur has been appointed as Business Head – Adani Realty (Gujarat Region), where he will oversee the real estate business strategy and operations for the Gujarat region, driving growth and aligning operations with Adani Realty’s objectives.
Satyendra joins Adani Realty following a tenure as Business Head at Adani Agrifresh Ltd., where he successfully led operations, focusing on project management, financial modeling, and commercials for nearly four years. His work involved strategizing for sustainable business growth and aligning operational excellence with the company’s goals, establishing him as a dynamic leader within the Adani Group.
Prior to his role at Adani Agrifresh, Satyendra served as Senior Vice President and Head – HR at Adani Gas Limited, where he managed the company’s human resources functions, contributing to employee relations and talent management frameworks essential to organizational success. His leadership in this role was marked by impactful HR initiatives that supported Adani Gas’s expansion.
Earlier in his career, Satyendra was the Head of HR at Adani Wilmar Limited. Over almost nine years, he played a pivotal role in talent development, strategic HR planning, and implementing human resources information technology. His tenure at Adani Wilmar showcased his ability to drive a strong HR infrastructure that complemented the company’s operational needs.
Satyendra’s foundation in human resources and operations was further strengthened by his time at Hindalco Industries Limited as Senior General Manager – ER and Binani Cement Limited. These roles allowed him to cultivate a well-rounded skill set in employee relations and organizational management, preparing him for his current leadership responsibilities at Adani Realty.
