Singapore, October 2024 – Julia Nagler has joined LOGOS Asia as the new Head of Human Resources, bringing her extensive experience in HR business partnering, people management, and strategic HR initiatives. In her new role, Julia will lead the HR department, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with the company’s growth objectives across Asia.
Prior to her role at LOGOS Asia, Julia served as a Senior HR Business Partner at eyos.one in Singapore, where she was instrumental in managing HR operations and implementing strategic HR initiatives for over a year. During her tenure at eyos.one, she also held roles as an HR Business Partner and People and Culture Manager, contributing to the company’s growth and enhancing its HR practices.
Before eyos.one, Julia worked at Reallusion as a Major Account Manager and Marketing Coordinator in Taipei, where she gained valuable experience in account management and marketing coordination. This background has contributed to her well-rounded skill set, enabling her to lead HR functions with a strong understanding of business dynamics.
Julia’s early career included marketing internships at Mercedes-Benz Taiwan, Universal Pictures, and BP, where she developed her initial expertise in business and communication strategies, further enriching her capability to lead people and culture functions.
