Houston, Texas, United States, October 2024 – Julianne Robbins Cenac has been appointed as Vice President of Talent Development at Empower Pharmacy, the world’s largest compounding pharmaceutical manufacturer. In this new role, Julianne will lead talent development initiatives that align with Empower’s vision for future growth, fostering leadership and professional growth across the organization. Prior to joining Empower Pharmacy, Julianne held the role of Associate Vice President Organizational and Talent Development at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston), where she spearheaded leadership development programs, strategic leadership initiatives, and organizational design, driving a culture of continuous improvement for over three years.

Julianne has also been an Official Member of the Forbes Coaches Council, contributing her expertise in executive coaching and leadership development to various forums and organizations. Her journey in leadership development continued at Regent University, where she was Assistant Vice President, Professional and Continuing Education, contributing to the university’s talent development programs for more than four years.

Her early career saw her working as an Associate and Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she gained valuable experience in management consulting, strategic leadership, and organizational transformation.
