Julie has been with General Dynamics since 2014 and has steadily progressed through key HR roles within the company. Most recently, she served as a Human Resources Consultant, where she advised leadership on talent strategy, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives. In this role, she was instrumental in implementing HR programs, ensuring compliance, and leveraging data-driven insights to support workforce planning and continuous improvement.
Earlier in her tenure at General Dynamics, Julie held the role of Human Resources Specialist, where she contributed to building HR processes and supporting organizational growth across business units. Her long-standing association with the company reflects her deep expertise in HR operations, strategic workforce planning, and leadership advisory.
