Sarasota, Florida, United States, July 2025 – Julie Marini-Kimball has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Dental Care Alliance (DCA), one of the largest dental support organizations in the U.S. In her new role, Julie will be responsible for shaping and executing HR strategy across critical areas including compensation, benefits, payroll, HR technology, onboarding, wellness programs, and overall HR operations.
Julie joins Dental Care Alliance after more than five years at TECO Energy, where she served as Senior Director, Total Rewards. She played a pivotal role in aligning compensation and benefits strategy across Tampa Electric, People’s Gas, and New Mexico Gas. Her leadership spanned short- and long-term incentive programs, HRIS, payroll, retirement planning, and analytics, serving a 4,200-employee base.
Prior to that, Julie spent nearly 15 years at Yale University, where she held progressive leadership roles, including Director of Compensation Planning and Director of Benefits Planning. At Yale, she led university-wide HR initiatives such as retirement redesign, implementation of a comprehensive online benefits portal, and service center transformation—impacting over 16,000 employees.
Earlier in her career, she held strategic HR roles at Stamford Health, Warnaco, and Oxford Health Plans, where she gained deep experience in retirement planning, vendor management, training, and employee communication—building a foundation of operational excellence and compliance.
