Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, September 2025 — Duke Kunshan University (DKU) has announced the appointment of June Lang as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her role, she will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the university while overseeing Finance, Asset Management, Procurement, and business development initiatives aligned with DKU’s mission of global academic excellence.
June brings over two decades of financial leadership experience. Prior to joining Duke Kunshan University, she spent more than 23 years at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where she held multiple senior finance roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President Finance, China Market Operation Sales Finance, providing strategic oversight for financial operations in one of P&G’s largest markets.
Earlier at P&G, June was Finance Vice President of Greater China Fabric & Home Care, where she supported business growth strategies and drove financial transformation. Over her 18-year journey in P&G’s finance function, she managed diverse portfolios across global operations, building deep expertise in strategic planning, financial governance, and business growth initiatives.
June transitioned to Duke Kunshan University in October 2024, initially serving as CFO on an interim basis before formally taking on the permanent role in 2025. Her leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing DKU’s financial sustainability, operational excellence, and global impact in higher education.
