New York, United States, January 2025 – Justin Edmondson has been named the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer at Duane Morris LLP, a prominent global law firm. In his new role, Justin will lead strategic marketing, client development, and business growth initiatives to enhance the firm’s position across its international markets.
Justin transitions into this role after serving as Senior Director of Client Development at Duane Morris LLP for nearly three years. In this position, he spearheaded client-centric strategies, fostering deeper relationships and driving innovative marketing solutions.

Previously, Justin was the Director of Client Relations at Covington & Burling LLP, where he oversaw the firm’s global client programs, market research, and client feedback functions. His leadership ensured seamless collaboration between senior management and key attorneys to strengthen client relationships.
Prior to that, he spent six years at Hogan Lovells, holding roles such as Client Development Director and Client Development Executive, where he introduced firmwide key client programs, led client-facing initiatives, and implemented best practices in business development.
Justin’s earlier career includes over six years at Deloitte as Senior Manager and Marketing Manager, where he developed integrated marketing strategies and led client development efforts for the financial services sector. His foundational experience at Thomson Reuters in marketing and sales management further honed his skills in campaign execution and strategic marketing.
