Riga, Latvia, March 2026 – Aerones has appointed Kaiva Beitika as its Head of Human Resources, marking a strategic step in strengthening its people capabilities as the company continues to scale its innovative robotic technology solutions in the renewable energy sector.
In her new role, Kaiva will lead the HR strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employer branding initiatives, supporting Aerones’ mission to build a high-performance workforce aligned with its rapid global growth and technological innovation.
Kaiva Beitika brings a strong background in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. Most recently, she served as Senior Talent & Learning Manager – Nordics & Baltics at Danone, where she led talent and learning strategies across multiple countries, driving employer branding and capability-building initiatives.
Prior to this, she worked as HR Manager for Latvia and Macedonia at ATU Duty Free, where she managed end-to-end HR operations, including employee management, compensation, and workforce strategy across regions.
She also spent several years at SmartLynx Airlines Ltd, progressing through multiple roles including Human Resources Generalist, Crew Support Supervisor, and Crew Dispatcher, building deep expertise in people operations, performance management, and workforce coordination in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Earlier in her career, she held roles as Personnel Manager at Restaurant Piano and Conference & Event Manager at Europa City Hotel, where she developed strong foundations in people management, employee engagement, and operations.
