Kam Bal Appointed as Chief Financial Officer - Global Retail at Give Back Beauty

London Area, United Kingdom, May 2024 – Kam Bal has been announced as the new Chief Financial Officer – Global Retail at Give Back Beauty. In this role, Kam will oversee the financial strategy and operations across Global markets, including North America and Europe, focusing on enhancing financial performance and market expansion.

Kam Bal has garnered extensive experience in financial leadership roles within the beauty and cosmetics sector. Prior to joining Give Back Beauty, Kam served as Finance Director at REVOLUTION BEAUTY from June 2020 to May 2024. During this tenure, Kam was instrumental in driving management accounting, strategic thinking, and commercial finance initiatives across the company. His expertise in e-commerce and financial management played a pivotal role in aligning financial strategies with corporate goals, thus bolstering the company’s market position in the cosmetics industry.

Before Revolution Beauty, Kam held the position of Finance Director UK&I for L’Oréal Paris at L’Oréal from July 2016 to June 2020. Here, he was responsible for the full P&L and Balance Sheet management of L’Oréal Paris, the largest brand within the parent company. His role on the Management committee allowed him to significantly influence pricing and promotional strategies, ensuring they were grounded in financial merit and potential return on investment.

Kam’s career also includes significant roles at Reckitt, where he first served as Sales Finance Manager and later as Marketing Finance Manager for Household Brands. In these positions, he developed and led sales strategies and financial management for various sectors including major high street retailers and the pharmacy sector. His contributions at Reckitt also included enhancing sales profitability and coaching commercial accountants to foster their professional growth.

His foundational experiences in the finance sector were further shaped at IDT Corporation, where he started as a Global Pricing Analyst, playing a key role in pricing strategies and financial analysis.

Founded by Corrado Brondi, the company emphasizes sustainability and community support, with a portion of its profits donated to selected foundations. Kam Bal’s appointment is expected to strengthen Give Back Beauty’s financial strategies and support its continued growth and commitment to corporate social responsibility.
