Gothenburg, Västra Götaland County, Sweden, August 2025 – Karin Koritz Russberg has started a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Trioworld Group. In this capacity, she will oversee the company’s global HR strategy, supporting its mission to drive innovation and leadership in circular plastic solutions.
Before joining Trioworld, Karin served as Senior HR & Sustainability Advisor (interim) at Kraftstaden Fastigheter, where she provided advisory expertise on HR and sustainability for the organization.
Prior to that, she was with Vitrolife Group as SVP HR & Sustainability for nearly four years, where she played a crucial role in shaping the company’s HR and sustainability agenda at a global level.
Earlier, Karin worked with Semcon as Director Group HR & Sustainability for almost three years, leading HR strategy and sustainability initiatives across the group.
Her longest tenure was with Volvo Group, where she spent over a decade in multiple leadership positions. She served as Director Global Talent Management and Vice President HR, Aftermarket & Soft Products, and earlier as HR Director, International Division at Volvo Trucks. Across these roles, she gained extensive experience in global HR, talent management, and organizational development.
