NEW DELHI, INDIA — Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the appointment of Kartikeya Singh as its new Chief Digital & Transformation Officer (CDTO). In this strategic leadership role, Singh will spearhead the hospitality group’s digital innovation agenda and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing guest experiences, operational excellence, and technology-led growth.
A seasoned technology and business transformation leader, Kartikeya brings over two decades of experience across the consumer goods, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors. His appointment underscores Lemon Tree Hotels’ commitment to accelerating digital transformation as the company continues its rapid expansion across India and international markets.
Prior to joining Lemon Tree Hotels, Kartikeya served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) – India & South West Asia at The Coca-Cola Company, where he led technology strategy and digital modernization initiatives across one of the world’s most recognized consumer brands. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving digital capabilities, strengthening data-driven decision-making, and enabling business transformation across the region.
Before Coca-Cola, he held the position of Director – IT at adidas India, where he led technology operations and digital initiatives supporting the company’s growth ambitions in one of its most important emerging markets. Earlier, he served as Head – IT (Life Sciences Ingredients) at Jubilant Life Sciences, overseeing technology transformation and business systems modernization.
Kartikeya’s longest leadership tenure was with Pernod Ricard India, where he spent more than eight years as Head – Office of the CIO, driving strategic technology programs and enterprise transformation initiatives. He has also held key technology leadership roles at Philips Electronics, Godrej Sara Lee, and Videocon International, building a diverse portfolio of experience spanning consumer products, manufacturing, retail, and global enterprises.
An alumnus of the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), where he earned a PGDM in Computer and Information Technology Management, Kartikeya is widely recognized for his ability to align technology investments with business outcomes, build high-performing digital teams, and execute large-scale transformation roadmaps.
At Lemon Tree Hotels, he is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s digital ecosystem, leveraging emerging technologies, data analytics, automation, and customer-centric innovations to strengthen competitiveness and support sustainable growth.
