Cracow, Małopolskie, Poland, September 2024 – Architech has announced the promotion of Katarzyna O. to the position of Global Director of Talent and Culture. In her new role, Katarzyna will oversee global talent and cultural initiatives, ensuring that the company continues to foster growth and development among its employees.
Prior to her new role, Katarzyna served as the Talent and Culture Europe Manager at Architech for approximately 2 years and 8 months, where she was instrumental in driving regional talent strategies and fostering a positive work environment across European offices.
Before that, she held the position of Talent and Operations Manager for around 2 years and 3 months, where she focused on streamlining operations and enhancing employee engagement. Earlier in her career at Architech, Katarzyna worked as an Office Manager for approximately 1 year and 7 months, managing administrative functions and supporting the company’s growth.
Before joining Architech, Katarzyna was an HR and Administration Specialist at Komtel Sp. z o.o. for over 8 years, where she developed her expertise in human resources and administration.
