Chandler, Arizona, United States, September 2024 – Rachel Fiorentino has been named Director of Talent and Learning at Embark Behavioral Health, where she will lead efforts in talent management and organizational learning. In this role, she will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the capabilities and growth of employees across the organization.
Prior to joining Embark Behavioral Health, Rachel Fiorentino served as Director of Operations Learning, Development & Strategy at MultiPlan for nearly six years, where she revamped the operational onboarding program, significantly reducing the time to proficiency for new hires. Her efforts in training and development led to the successful rollout of a machine learning project that earned accolades such as the “Healthcare Data Solution of the Year” by Data Breakthrough and the 2022 CIO 100 Award.
Before her tenure at MultiPlan, Rachel spent over six years at UnitedHealth Group in various roles, including Operational Training Manager and Senior Business Analyst. During her time there, she led a team of trainers and facilitated the global leadership training, driving significant improvements in productivity and quality within the organization.
Earlier in her career, Rachel was a Training Specialist at Southwest Network, where she developed and delivered training programs that directly contributed to enhancing employee performance and customer service quality.
