New York, United States, March 2025 – Kate Rowe has joined Farmacy Beauty as Director of Human Resources, bringing over 15 years of rich and diverse experience across human resources, hospitality, and media. In her new role, she will lead people strategy and employee engagement efforts as Farmacy Beauty continues to scale its mission of cultivating conscious beauty with farm-sourced, clean skincare.
Prior to this role, Kate held multiple HR leadership positions over an impressive 11-year tenure at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including her most recent as Global Director, HR Business Partner for Bumble and bumble, and previously for Estée Lauder and AERIN Beauty. She played a critical role in talent development, change management, and organizational design across several iconic brands.

Earlier in her career, Kate gained cross-functional experience in hospitality and event management at the Waldorf Astoria New York, where she held roles including Meeting & Banquet Operations Manager and Front Office Manager, and began her career in media as Assistant Media Buyer at Zenith Media, supporting high-profile client campaigns. Her unique background gives her a people-centric lens that is both strategic and service-oriented.
