Poway, California, United States, September 2025 — DirectMed Imaging has appointed Katia Bejan as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she will lead global people operations and organizational development initiatives, strengthening HR frameworks to support the company’s continued growth in the medical imaging industry.
Katia brings over two decades of human resources leadership across healthcare, technology, and consulting. Most recently, she served as Head of People & Culture at Innovatus Technology Consulting, where she partnered with leadership to drive culture transformation, employee engagement, and workforce strategies.
Previously, Katia was Vice President of Human Resources at RIVO Holdings, where she spearheaded organizational effectiveness programs, talent acquisition, and acquisition integrations. Earlier, as People & Culture Executive at KB Consulting, she worked closely with C-level executives to design performance enhancement strategies.
Her career also includes global leadership as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Analogic Corporation, where she developed HR structures to align with business growth, and as Senior Director of Human Resources at Edgewater Networks, where she provided strategic HR guidance and organizational development.
Katia spent over seven years with NDS Surgical Imaging, where she held multiple roles including Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Director, and Director of Human Resources, building the HR department and leading M&A integration efforts during a period of rapid growth. Earlier, she served in HR leadership positions at ArthroCare Corporation, RLG, Intacct Corporation, and Danaher Corporation, where she developed HR infrastructure and drove strategic workforce planning.
