Derry, New Hampshire, United States, March 2025 – Katie Henrick has been appointed as the Vice President, Human Resources at Parkland Medical Center. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the human resources function, overseeing talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy to support the hospital’s mission of delivering high-quality patient care.
With over three years at Columbia Care, Henrick served as Director, Human Resources Programs, where she played a crucial role in employee learning and development, team training, and HR programs. Prior to that, she worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Carpenter & Paterson Inc., focusing on HR operations, training, and development.
Henrick also spent five years as an Executive Team Lead, Human Resources at Target, where she managed various HR functions, including employee learning and development. Before that, she held multiple HR leadership roles at Christmas Tree Shops for nearly ten years, serving as Human Resources Manager and HR/Operations Manager across different locations, contributing significantly to HRIS implementation, employee relations, and operational strategy.
Henrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and a Master’s degree in Human Services from the University of New Hampshire.
