Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, March 2025 – Becky Ponatoski has been appointed as Vice President, Human Resources at Superior Environmental Solutions, LLC (SES). In her new role, she will be responsible for leading HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development to support SES’s growing workforce and operational needs.
Ponatoski has been with Superior Environmental Solutions, LLC for nearly a year, previously serving as Human Resources Director. During her tenure, she played a key role in streamlining HR operations, enhancing workforce engagement, and strengthening compliance measures.
Prior to SES, she was Senior Director, Human Resources at ElectroCraft for two years, where she led HR initiatives across multiple locations, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and process improvements. Before that, she served as Multi-Plant HR and Safety Manager at UGN, Inc. for three years, overseeing HR and safety programs for over 500 employees across two plants.
Earlier in her career, Ponatoski held leadership roles such as Multi-Site Human Resources Manager at Valeo, where she managed HR, safety, and security functions across facilities in Ohio, Texas, and California. She also served as People and Culture Senior Business Partner at Perfetti Van Melle, driving talent development, wellness programs, and recruitment strategies. Additionally, she was Human Resources Director at MGP Ingredients, where she managed labor relations and successfully transitioned the company through an ownership change.
