Mid-Wales, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Katie Price has been promoted to the position of Head of Human Resources at Radnor Hills, a leading UK-based natural spring water and soft drinks manufacturer. In her new role, Katie will spearhead HR initiatives across the organization, focusing on workforce development, talent strategy, and fostering a culture that supports the company’s sustainability and growth objectives.
Katie brings over two years of experience within Radnor Hills, having previously served as HR Manager, where she played a key role in strengthening people practices, streamlining HR operations, and supporting the business through a critical phase of growth.
Before joining Radnor Hills, she was HR & Office Manager at HS Infra Limited, where she led the end-to-end HR function and administrative operations, contributing to a cohesive workplace environment over a two-year tenure.
Earlier in her career, Katie spent nearly seven years as Human Resources Business Partner at M and M Direct, where she supported large-scale retail operations with strategic HR guidance and employee relations support.
She also served as Group HR Manager at GMS Security Services Ltd, and HR Officer at Universal Beverages Limited, gaining diverse sector experience. Her HR journey began at Bulmers/Heineken, where she held multiple roles including PA to the GM and Training Administrator across a decade-long tenure, building a strong foundation in HR and operations.
