India, January 2026 — A.P. Moller – Maersk has announced the appointment of Kautuk D as People Partner – Technology, marking a new chapter in his HR leadership journey within the global logistics and integrated transport major. In his new role, Kautuk will partner closely with technology leadership teams to strengthen people strategy, capability building, and organizational effectiveness across Maersk’s digital and technology functions.
Sharing his thoughts on the new role, Kautuk D expressed his enthusiasm about contributing to Maersk’s technology workforce agenda and supporting teams through progressive people practices, inclusive leadership, and continuous growth frameworks.
Kautuk brings close to four years of experience within A.P. Moller – Maersk, where he most recently served as TAA Deployment Specialist – IMEA & CCO and earlier as TAA Deployment Specialist – APA, supporting large-scale workforce deployment, agile people programs, and regional HR initiatives across Asia and emerging markets.
Prior to Maersk, he worked with IB as Manager – Human Resources, where he led core HR operations and employee lifecycle management initiatives.
He earlier spent over three years at John Deere as Senior Human Resource, gaining strong exposure to manufacturing HR, workforce engagement, and performance management frameworks.
His early career includes HR and talent acquisition roles at Suzlon Group and Vodafone, where he developed strong foundations in corporate HR, recruitment strategy, and people operations.
Kautuk holds an HRM qualification from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, further strengthening his people leadership credentials.
