Charlotte, NC, United States, September 2025 — Julie Kirk has been appointed Corporate Director of Human Resources at Polycorp – An ACP Elastomers Platform Company — bringing more than 20 years of experience in human resources strategy and operational leadership to the role. Kirk now leads enterprise-wide HR strategy and people operations for Polycorp, supporting its commitment to delivering engineered elastomeric solutions across global markets.
Prior to joining Polycorp in September 2025, Kirk was part of KUBOTA Manufacturing of America, where she oversaw on-site HR functions and strengthened talent and compliance initiatives across manufacturing operations. Before that, she held a key leadership role as Corporate Director of Human Resources at Meridian Adhesives Group, a global chemical adhesives manufacturer. During her tenure, she led HR through 17 acquisitions and navigated complex transitions between private equity ownerships, all while overseeing global policy and workforce alignment.
Kirk has also served as Senior Human Resources Manager at SCUF Gaming, where she led people strategy during rapid growth and private equity expansion, maintaining exceptional retention and engagement levels. Her early career includes strategic HR roles with Berkley Southeast Insurance Group, SA Technologies, and The Woodbridge Group, where she built a reputation for driving performance management, change initiatives, and scalable HR infrastructure in high-growth and regulated environments.
