With a distinguished career in human resources, administration, and strategic leadership, Ramya steps into this pivotal role to drive the group’s next phase of growth and organizational transformation. Her appointment marks a significant milestone for RUKN Group as it continues to strengthen its operations and expand its footprint across sectors.
In her new role, Ramya Bheeman will oversee the group’s strategic initiatives, lead business planning and operational excellence, and align people, processes, and technology toward sustainable growth. Her focus will be on building a resilient, future-ready organization that fosters innovation, efficiency, and employee empowerment.
Before joining RUKN Group of Companies, Ramya Bheeman served as Vice President – HR, Administration, and IT at Guidance Tamil Nadu, where she played a vital role in driving the state’s investment facilitation and governance initiatives. Her contributions were instrumental in aligning organizational strategy with government policies to enhance business ease and investor relations, showcasing her strong expertise in people and policy integration.
Earlier, she was associated with Magic Crate as Head – HR and Administration, where she established people-centric policies and created a performance-driven culture within the edtech ecosystem. Prior to that, she held leadership roles with Goomo as Senior Manager – HRBP & Admin and Via.com as HR Manager, where she led end-to-end HR operations and helped strengthen organizational effectiveness through innovative HR interventions.
Ramya began her professional journey at Aditya Birla Minacs Worldwide Ltd, where she built a strong foundation in HR operations and employee engagement, which set the stage for her remarkable career in leadership and strategy.
Ramya Bheeman holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon and completed an advanced certification in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where she graduated with distinction. Her academic achievements reflect her continuous pursuit of excellence and her commitment to lifelong learning.
