Before joining Liberty Maritime, Kelly McGann Restagno founded and led KMR Consulting Group, where she specialized in strategic HR consulting, aligning human capital with business goals, and optimizing talent strategies for organizational success.
She previously served as Head of Global Talent Management & People Development at EssilorLuxottica for nearly 5 years, where she led global initiatives including performance management frameworks, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.

Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Elie Tahari, Tory Burch, Juicy Couture, and Ann Taylor, where she played key roles in people development, talent management, and organizational leadership.
